It's a kids movie, those usually get high cinemascores because their target audience likes them.

 

That, and cinemascores are basically useless at this point.

Heh, it's amazing how amazing frontloaded comic book films have gotten in the last couple years, and how that frontloading doesn't present itself during the OW. I doubt we'll see one avoid a 55+% second weekend unless it opens on a Tuesday or something.

Family movies usually see the biggest boost from that, and as has been discussed already CA2 seems to be lacking family appeal.
