Kong: Skull Island | March 10, 2017 | Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, John Goodman | Crosses 500M WW

A couple of weeks ago, Madame Tussau drove around a growling box in New York City and London. They've opened the box, and people in New York can visit a highly detailed animatronic head of Kong. Nice marketing trick, even if it isn't entirely unique.

Split is the worst 2017 release I've seen (out of five) but even that wasn't half bad, just overhyped (HANNNNN!) Been a pretty good year for movies so far. Last year had a good Feb-April too, though, and summer turned out to be ass. Still, hopefully this adds to the good list!

Agree, it's trash. "Get Out" is the best horror movie of all-time

That article is saying that the budget is reported by someone else to be 190m, I don't think they say they know it. Does not sound excessive to me, similar to a planet of the apes movie, last year Tarzan, etc....

Jing Tian is getting my butt in the seat

IKR!? She's super striking/stunning! I hope she becomes the most demanded and most popular Asian actress (or actress, PERIOD) ever. She manages to effortlessly steal spotlight from whomever, which can be demonstrated here:
