Ray Subers of BOM said that it is likely that existing markets must bring it to 850mln WW. China needs to gross 150mln, thats not impossible through its not a foregone conclusion, either.

Besides that you realized Armitage has first time arrived in Beijing to promote BOFA, similar to Skyfall, which they promoted in Olympic games.

By now it's clear it won't hit $850m with current markets, more like $830m. It would need $170m from China. Any transformers in Hobbit i do not know of? Nope. An actor or director coming to China won't make that much of a difference.

With current markets, it will finish with about 575-580 OS. It will need at very least $120m from China to reach $700m OS what is, IMO, the high end. With about $255m DOM, DOS WW total is the high limit. If it is able to reach $950m, it will already be a success, considering that it would already be the highest attended entry of the trilogy. Let's remember that with current exchange rates, AUJ would have finished with about 920 WW and DOS with about 870, so putting it into perspective, it is a good result.

Hope it can reach 60k by its midnight screening'

DOS was 41k midnight and 807 BUT 60h before midnight. So now BOTFA tripling DOS numebers.

Also 'other comparison: Dawn of Apes - 1360 at the same point and 52k by midnight, it made 292M on OW and 710M total.' current ex rates give us 115M $
