Ethan Hunt
What do you mean? I really don't know what a boy doing a spin in front of a giant banana with a birdface is supposed to say. I thought it was a dolphin.

redfirebird2008
I'd argue that face is better than our current smiley It is. Need to find ultra high quality version of the poster so you can create a new one from it.

BadAtGender
Where is the marketing for Tammy? Wtf... Maybe all the studios just decided that Sony did enough marketing for TASM2 for every movie this summer.

Goffe
Re: E.T. Monsters vs. Aliens has a brief moment when they reference the main theme from the E.T. score. Ever since then, it's been running around in my head. (That was the better reference to a John Williams musical moment in the film. The ref. to Close Encounters fell rather flat.) did you like the movie?
ecstasy
I feel so honored to be named. Not among Squaremaster. He's too extreme for the League of Nolanites. He's like the Bane of Nolanites. LOL He's extreme for sure. But just like you can't deny BKB is a Marvelite you can't deny Squaremaster is a Nolanite.
CJohn
Where is the marketing for Tammy? Wtf... The movie is apparently crap. So WB is probably letting it slowly die. Kinda like Sony is doing with Deliver Us From Evil.
Fancyarcher
Where is the marketing for Tammy? Wtf... Clearly WB has enough faith in Melissa McCarthy to carry the film to success all on her own. Does make sense considering how well her previous films did.

Chewy
The thing about McCarthy's previous movies is that they were all high-concepts, right there in the titles. Bridesmaids, Identity Thief, The Heat. It was "come see Melissa McCarthy as a [bridesmaid/identity thief/cop]" This one is just "come see Melissa McCarthy". It's being sold on her name and her name alone. It's a real test for her drawing power

grim22
Looks like the budget for Tammy is 20M. WB have done well to keep it that low, and the complete lack of advertising means that marketing budget is probably really small as well. They will make a small profit on it even if it performs like Jersey Boys. Edited July 1, 2014 by grim22
