Jurassic World Weekend Thread | Official Est. 204.6M | 208.8M - Actuals

Recommended Posts

I fully expect an actual number less than 1M away from TA for the OW record. May be the lowest percentage the record has ever been beaten by. Either way, definitely think Universal will end up announcing the record tomorrow.

If ow is like 207.5 omg would cause biggest flame war on here.

Ahahha

The only one who wants to start a flame war is you. You've used that phrase 50 times in 12 hours and you're the one who keeps bringing up admissions in that context.

Actually Universal didn't fudge PP2, it was genuine spillover.

Rth had 'PP2 2.6' for Saturday. The official estimate is $2.4 million

Apparently young girls and couples that are getting sold out of JW are seeing PP2 instead.

Haha, you can't be that naive.

It's fell 50-56% usually, it's in its 5th week, it just lost 700 locations. Yet it falls 20% when a $200m+ film opens.

Which just so happens to be from the same studio.

Disney did it with Cinderella when AOU opened.

Based on the title? What? Sunday is underestimated, that's what the title means.

There is a chance BKB actually doesn't understand what an estimate is…actually no, he understands, today just may be the last day he has left for TA ow record so let him have it.

It's not a sure thing OW record is going down. In fact there is just as much of a chance it falls to $200m or lower. Some of you squabbling back & forth are funny though. This is such mind boggling outperformance.

No. That would be a ridiculous, unprecedented Sunday drop and we already have widespread sellout reports just like yesterday.

I hope it comes in $500K above/below TA's $207.4M OW. Chaos.
