That post was such an epic mini rant, you sure?

So endless posts of hate over dozens of pages is fine but one post defending the movie's success is a rant. Not sure what to say about that. At least you thought it was epic so I got that going for me.

Back on topic: Can't wait for JW to break $400m Dom and $1b WW on Monday! Mr Focus is going to be depressed since the movie hasn't crumbled away to oblivion :P

When JP4 was announced it seems like there was a lot of negative reaction to the very idea of another JP movie. Glad the movie itself turned out to be a legitimately great sequel to the original.

Nope.  People were really fucking excited another JP movie was getting made.  What got all the negative reactions were to the notion of a hybrid dinosaur and trained raptors.

I remember this very clearly because I was in support of those ideas while everyone claimed they were awful ideas.

If baumer ever does an updated Brainwashing list, I might have a new top entry.

lol i thought you would at least tolerate it. It is nothing to write home about, indeed, but i wouldn't go as far as to call it bad.

Jurassic World should drop under 10% on Sunday, and should get the 2nd weekend record, and also reach 400m.

But why the hell is AoU projected to have such a big jump on Sunday? :o

The movie was a punchline for lots of poeple when it was announced. I mean just look at the start of the JW thread here lol.
