In fact, it's possibly the best action movie full stop. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan the first time I saw it. But I saw it again a week later and my score went from a C+ to a B, then again up to an A- when I saw it again in November. Very narrowly missed my top 20 of the year.
junkshop36
1.MI 5 2. Kingsman 3. Spy 4. Man From Uncle 5. Spectre Spectre was just so damn dull. The only things I liked was the opening, the train fight and the big ass explosion after they escape. Q was cool. The car chase was deathly boring. Nothing really happens until the very end when Bond flame throws the car and ejects himself out of it. Meh MI5 and Kingsman were awesome!! Spy was pretty fun and MFU was good. Vikander was great in it.

Dan9
I thought they didn't kill any dogs though? It's a blank. I think Spy might be my favourite one of the bunch from last year. Because... Rose Byrne and stuff.

The whole point of the exercise is to ensure that the agent's #1 loyalty is to the program, because there may come a point when an agent has to be ordered to take out a friend who has gone bad and the agent has to be able to execute that order immediately without hesitation. Ethan Hunt
The movie preaches being a gentleman and never once shows anyone being a gentlemen. Its quite awful
MrPink
On top of that, it was a test of faith in what the Kingsman do, Firth clearly mentions in the scene after they wouldn't intentionally put a person (or a dog) in harm's way without proper reason which Roxy was able to pick up on. The movie justifies killing dogs If instead of a dog it had been Roxy, would you have been okay with it? Because a trainee in a special program raising a pet and then being told to kill the pet is a very old trope in books and other media (and even in real life).
