DAJK
Probably the 2010's. My movie passion started in 2012, and since then I've tried watching as many of the new releases as I can.
Ethan Hunt
I'm gonna guess 2000s but the 2010s have to be getting pretty close
cannastop
Realistically, I'm guessing it's the 00s. My parents bought a bunch of DVDs.
Jake Gittes
According to iCheckMovies 2010s - 555 2000s - 656 1990s - 390 Then it's lower with every decade. I'm sure there are movies I saw but didn't check but the 00s clearly win for now.

Dandeak2000
2010's - 788 2000's - 158 1990's - 36 1980's - 16 1970's - 8 1960's - 8 1950's - 4 1940's - 4 1930's - 0 1920's - 4 1910's - 4 1900's - 5 1890's - 24 I definitely want to even these out a bit more, probably going to start by watching the biggest films of each year. Going to be watching some New Hollywood era films (1967-1980ish) with my Uni course for the next 10 weeks so hopefully gain quite a bit in the late 60's, 70's and 1980. Also need to watch a movie that came out in the 30's still.
cannastop
Just a guess, but probably the 2000s. Unless short films count, in which the 1940s might be it, because I love my Looney Tunes.
CoolioD1
there's definitely some i haven't logged but according to my letterboxd over 1/3 of the movies i've seen are from this decade.
Jake Gittes
my letterboxd sez 1026 from this decade out of 3310 total.

nghtvsn
I have a Letterbox account too but I haven't been on top of that but I would say it's probably the 2000s or 2010s. Probably 2010s because of Moviepass and I went to lots of preview screenings. A couple of those years I was in the high 70s.

How did you go about classifying all these films? I have a list of things I've graded from 2004-2019 but seems like a big task to go through every decade somehow. Is there a resource you used or something for things older than 1950?

One by one I have a spreadsheet where I collect every film I have been watching since some years ago (not every film I have ever watched, though), with some relevant data like the date I watched it, year, director, country, or the grade that each film has in some relevant sites like filmaffinity (very good Spanish site with English version, if you want to look at) or rotten tomatoes.
