SUmmer Game SOTM6: The Resurgence of Counter Intuitive Predictioning - Deadline Thursday at 11:59pm

Good morning. In less than a week, players like you will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest predictioning battle in this history of summer games.

 

Summer Game -- those words should have new meaning for all of us today.

We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.

We will be united in our common expectations.

Perhaps its fate that today is just a couple of weekends before the 4th of July, and that you will once again be fighting for your honour, not from Baumer, LAguy, or Acsc -- but from Chasmmi.

You're fighting for your right to predict, to exist as a respected predictor.

And should you win the day, SOTM 6 will no longer be known as a disposable Summer Game task, but as the SOTM when a player declared in one voice:

 

"I will not go quietly into the night!

I will not give up on posting weekly answers without a fight!

I'm going to live on!

I'm going to climb!"

This SOTM, we celebrate Independence Day!    (Resurgence)

 

Well I'm sure you are in awe of how epic that was, but let get to the question  You will have 8 questions about Independence Day Resurgence. You must answer between 6 and 8 of them (or abstain).

 

Any Correct answer is worth 5000 points,  

The first Incorrect answer loses you 6000 points, the second 8000, the third 10000 and so on in 2000 point increments.

 

HOWEVER!!!!

 

If you get Every question you attempt WRONG then you will score the following:

 

6 wrong answers out of 6 - 50,000 points

7 wrong answers out of 7 - 75,000 points

8 wrong answers out of 8 - 100,000 points

 

But remember, it only takes one correct answer and things start to go badly for you. It's big risk big reward time

 

And for the Damienrocs and wraths Abstainers out there, abstain is worth 3000 points
