Take it as primarily X Men movie and they've had quite a bit difference between critics and audience.

 

Infact X Men First Class had Cinemascore B+ while RT critics is 86%

You get Audience feedback and critics feedback at same time and obviously audience WOM is what shapes a movie.

 

Only time someone does press screenings before release, is if they are really really confident.

No, there were no premiers here afaik, movie released on Friday.

Those early reactions are kinda disappointing. A lot of those dudes are RT critics and they didn’t like it at all. Mid 70’s incoming. MCU can’t catch a break.

The reactions are on par or better than guardians of the galaxy 3 so I’m not sure why everyone freaking out it will probably be in the 80s on rotten tomatoes just like the first two movies

It's definitely more polarized than that. The people who like it love it, but the people who hate it treat it like its the worst thing ever.

The doctor strange positive reactions were not nearly as good as the Deadpool one and there’s a lot of rt critics that gave it a very positive reaction
