The Trolls hold is unreal, even considering that it is Veterans Day. It actually increased without previews. Next years releases must hate that Veterans Day is Saturday leading to no effect.

I knew those early numbers fro DL, THR and Variety were garbage. MUCH better. Looks like Strange is still very much on pace for $225M+. Arrival may break out a little. I don't see very good legs though. And, Trolls... Outstanding hold. Hacksaw hanging in there as well. Box office should only get better with Fantastic Beasts due next weekend.

Veteran's Day was yesterday. Today's increase will be miniscule and Sunday's will be standard.

Veterans Day, basically the movies got 2 Saturdays this weekend. Today will see minimal (5-10%) to no bumps for movies due to that.

Gonna have to go see Arrival this morning by myself. I told my friends lets got to a matinee on saturday and they bought tickets to arc light hollywood which charges 16 bucks for a 10am show + parking. Thats what happens when your friends are 38 and give no fucks. Its playing at 5 theaters within 5 miles of my house for less than 9 dollars. Idk what the fuck is wrong with people and why they like Arclight so much.
