Looks like Assassins Creed is the only opener that didn't increase from opening day. I don't expect great Christmas legs from here on out.

Alien vs. Predator 2 and 47 Ronin died after their Christmas Day openings (which made up around 1/5th of their totals). Expecting the same here seems reasonable.

Tis normal for a 4day weekend to issue Monday estimates (based on past year's behavior) on Monday morning :) nothing out of the ordinary - except that gross for Star Wars ;) somebody put in the wrong numbers somewhere.

Even so, that's tracking 3M ahead of Dragon Tattoo.

I really hope it continues to pick up some steam and gets over 100m by the end. People are so quick to label something a huge flop, it would be nice if that was premature in this case.

We haven't gotten anything about OS yet. Really curious about that as well.

the usual, BOM only allows 19 titles to quote... but I thought this weekend the solo days with their up and downs are interesting too

mistake of BOM is edited to the correct numbers now

Nah, it's just that christmas is in many cases even more of a deathzone for movies than domestically. The next few days should be much bigger again.

The final result will be just fine, hardly world-beating, but good enough.
