Not sure, but I'm seeing reviews on letterboxd and they're not pretty. Most of them are from Germany, so I assume it has opened there?

 

EDIT: According to imdb, this movie has opened in Hong Kong, India and Germany.

Saw the film yesterday in Spain. It's your standard generic Vin Diesel film with cheesy dialogues and over the top action scenes. At least, it wasn't boring
