I just wanted to close the story out in a timely fashion...

Which I get.

I'm just making the fair point that the engine could lose a little steam

I mean... with some alterations to the overall outline I can make it the absolute last one, then there'd be a finale factor at least.

It is revealed that Endless Animation will debut it’s first character who identifies with the LGBT community in Gateways, revealing the deutagonist, as Levi (Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino) (The Lion King)) identifies as bisexual.

Remember how Gore Verbinski does ridiculously long movies? Well XJ9 clocks in at 146 minutes. Enough time to watch 7 full length episodes!

JPOP band AKB48 will sing an extended version of the cartoon song "Minkey Momo" for the movie XJ9. Their cover will play over the end credits and feature briefly in the film.

Michael Dougherty (Trick-R-Treat, Krampus) is attached to direct Lucid State (more info here) — now a live-action/animation hybrid produced by Cookie Pictures live-action and animation divisions cooperatively. The studio is looking for a Y7 or Y8 release.

Is Endless Entertainment running out of ideas? Rumor has it, Endless Entertainment is considering spin-offs to Treasure Planet and Lilo and Stitch. The pitch for the former is the tales of a young John Silver (Josh Brolin) as he begins his infamous takeover as the villain before he turned heroic. The latter is a vehicle for a young Cobra Bubbles as he attempts to stop an alien invasion in Roswell.

Wouldn’t this essentially be Men in Black since you have Will Smith starring in the role?

Due to a massive fan backlash, spin-off plans have been prematurely cancelled.

Cookie Pictures dropped a few tidbits regarding their second live-action tentpole in Y7, DragonBorns:

  • The film is aiming for a late May release, with previous summer tentpole The Scandinavia Chronicles shifting to Y8 for now
  • The producers are exploring the idea of turning the film into a semi-musical
  • The intent is to aim for a family audience, but the studio is unsure whether the film will receive a PG or PG-13 rating.
  • Rachel Bloom (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Endless Entertainment's Hercules) has been cast as a secondary antagonist in the film; a Major class dragon siding with the film's main antagonist Iblis (voiced by The Scavenger Wars's Jason Isaacs)

Artifacts: Poseidon’s Trident has Kristen Wiig, Jason Momoa, Auli’i Cravalho and John Cena have reportedly joined the cast.

Wiig plays a kooky scientist that joins the team of heroes as they explore the Bermuda Triangle as they attempt to retrieve Poseidon’s Trident who has been stranded for years.

Momoa plays Brunt, a native on the triangle and chief of a lost tribe. Cravalho plays Brie, the princess of the tribe as well as the love interest of Claudia. Cena plays Commander Xander, a bold, arrogant new commander of COTA strike force, and Scaley’s worst enemy.
