it's been out for months loads of people who haven't seen the room have said they liked it, but here's han saying no actually they did not.

Where did I say anything about people who haven't seen The Room not liking it? From the perspective of a Room fan, it doesn't seem like something they'd get full enjoyment out of. It's like the cliffnotes version of a story many fans know about.

And apparently it's gonna be a theatrical release. Good luck to them, I guess. It would've been more widely reported on if it was a continuation of the series that picked up from the moment it famously ended, but alas, that would never happen for unfortunate reasons.

I've only seen bits and pieces of the Room and I still enjoyed TDA very much.    It was kind of the same thing with Ed Wood I never seen any Ed Wood films but I still enjoyed the film

Err.... okay? If they liked it, why does it matter if you don't think they are getting the most out of it?

This is kind of the case with any adaptation based on something else. People can still enjoy it even if they aren't familiar with it.

For example, in 1977 Star Wars became the biggest movie of all time, and yet most people had not even seen the previous 3 movies.

Isn't he still attached to that World War Z sequel that's gonna arrive past the point that anyone will care (if that time hasn't already passed)?

People stopped caring about World War Z on 21 June 2013.
