John Marston
oh well, hopefully it can at least get 250M. Still I'm going to wait and see the reports to see if this is showing is really that bad.
iceroll
Ouch, disappointing for Battleship. Looks like 400m WW will be tough. This will actually be a money loser for Universeal.
Fake
The number should go up to 60M when actuals from China are reported.Heading for 250-260M barring a collapse.

tommycruise
Well lets remember two things first1. It cost less than John Carter and will ultimately make more so it certainly wont be the biggest bomb of the year2. This a universal film, so what can you expect? they have big budget flops all the time and they still manage to survive.
John Marston
the big mistake was spending 200M on this. If it had cost 150M, it would have been a hit
A Marvel Fanboy
Exactly. All reports are saying it is doing strong because they didnt look at its budget. If it only costed 150M, it will be a hit. But since ....
tilko
With 200m is break even with great franchise potential in the future OS.
snitch
Yeah, this is the first movie in a possible franchise and it will make close to 300 OS and more than 400 WW. And it has the potential to get bigger.
Fake
It should get a sequel if it does 100m+ domestic.
