This ending to Remember Me remains one of the biggest WTF endings to a movie. It’s like the screenwriters couldn’t decide how to wrap up the plot and just wrote “He dies during 9/11 at the WTC”.

imo only JL and TF5 were more shocking than MJ2's sub-285 dom as far as tentpoles go. did not see that coming at all. MJ1 doing sub-350 for surprising for it's time but easier to digest being 'part 1' and it nearly was #1 for the year beating gotg1 before american-sniper happened.

lol what a ridiculous movie. There's a scene in it where Pattinson's little sister is tormented by bullies at school and he goes to the classroom and destroys property. The entire movie is just phony bullshit with the crap ending being the icing on the cake.

He's also great in The Rover with Guy Pearce.
