Upgrade. Because it deserves the money!

We just got it at my theatre this weekend. Apparently it's one of those movies that opened in Canada later.

JW? It's losing large formats, and the schedule doesn't work in its favor when the Monday drop was 56%. If the Tuesday and Wednesday increases are better, it can probably drop around 55%

4th of July bump should be better even with Cheap Tues

One of the funniest movies ever. It made me laugh so much that it induced tears. Everything prior to the kidnapping is fantastic. No wonder the sequel was so disappointing.

I still haven't seen the sequel and not sure I ever will. The first is really hilarious.

2007 is not comparable in the least other than to see how screen counts work, the market has changed so much it's crazy.

The biggest difference between today and 2012 is the explosion in the already decent cheap Tuesdays (then). I think the increases on both days will be rather moderate and even keeled versus crazy on Tuesday with decent upswing on Wednesday but we shall see.

Deadpool 2 less than $9M away from $320M.

Let’s form one last prayer circle @a2k and @MrGlass2 to get it there.

🙏

D2 benefited from being the first superhero movie of the summer (and the most recent one, for weeks), at a time of Peak Superhero. Ant-Man 2 will probably also have great legs for the same reason.

My local drive-in is doing an Ant-Man & Incredibles 2 double feature this weekend.  No sign of Black Panther.

Is Disney not going to push BP to $700m?!

I imagine BP gets to 700M eventually. I figured they’d push Incredibles with double features instead
