Claire of Themyscira
This is doomed to flop since it's lacking the star power from the first brought mainly by my girl, Clairesus Holt, and television star, former pop star, and 00s icon, Mandy Moorelegend...and who could forget Daisy Ridley hot off the tails from TFA. Funny, considering the original was actually released on DVD very briefly the year before, taken very hastily off shelves.

Taylor
What a terribly cut trailer. Still not over how bad their logo is, also.

But for a shark movie it did it's job really well.
JohnnyGossamer
Eh. Liked the first. Preferred it over the Blake Lively shark flick. At least it didn't have some false sense of worth tacked on. Preferred it to Meg too. So, hell, I'm game.

JB33
Can someone change the name in the title to 47 Meters Down: Uncaged and the date to August 16? @That One Guy
JB33
BOM lists this as releasing in 3600+ theatres. Typo or what? Either way I'm there! I like the concept of the characters exploring ancient ruins but having said ruins infested with sharks.

Avatree
THR: Set disbelief aside, and primal phobias may well suffice to get you happily to the other side of this adventure. Bloody Disgusting: although Uncaged sometimes struggles to find new ways to thrill us, shark-style, there are just enough scares to make this sequel a decent matinee. The Guardian: As an unrelated sequel to a film that was originally set to premiere on the bottom shelf of a supermarket, this is better than it needs to be.
