He never said reviews wouldn't be good, he said some critics don't love the movie and that fans shouldn't harass them

I know!!! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.

The literal first words of the first tweet "THE BATMAN reviews are dropping tomorrow and I expect them to be highly impressive"

I get that the time before Tomato Watch can be stressful, but saying "Some folks might like but not love it" is not a reason to get the knives out.

When did I say that? Im only saying he keeps stroking twitter discourse to inflate his ego and position himself as some authority on the reviews and fandom. Like, of course you shouldn't harass critics?

this movie would probably get 350 reviews by the first weekend

didn't realize that 350 is a lot, i was comparing it to joker that has  591 reviews but most movies end up with at most 400

People having to explain that a movie won't please everyone is something so absurd that almost sounds like a joke.

And yet, the admonishments are often needed.

I tend to think in this case, at least part of the fanbase has been hyping themselves up over expecting a cinematic masterpiece that a very slight "Hey, some folks I know liked it but didn't love it" might serve as a useful brake on runaway expectations.

At least when it comes to expectations on Rotten Tomatoes, if not their own viewing.

Moderation: Please only post reviews from Critics and Sites which are on RT.

Here are the sites for your reference: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/critics/sources

And critics: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/critics/authors

Want to just openly apologize about the review I posted; I am being very honest when I say I wasn't attempting to troll the thread, and I thought the critic I posted was RT-approved, as I've followed them for over ten years.

Did not intend to troll the thread; just legit saw that a critic I follow broke the embargo and wanted to share since I figure RT watch tomorrow will be a big deal. Again though, I do apologize to everyone.
