It's not early access per se but a three movie marathon.  And $45 to $50 locally.

Big George Foreman had today for today 53 sold tickets in 6 theaters.
Comps (all three films counted on Thursday for Thursday): The Woman King had 389,
I Wanna Dance with Somebody had 208,
and Creed III had 1.081 sold tickets.
Champions had 29 sold tickets on Wednesday = 1 day earlier so they are probably on par.
The only comp which raises some hope is Overcomer which had on Thursday for Thursday 91 sold tickets.

And for tomorrow Big George Foreman had 42 sold tickets in 7 theaters.
Comps: Respect (8.8M OW) had 247 sold tickets,
I Wanna Dance with Somebody (4.7M) had 220,
The Woman King (19.1M) had 520
and Creed III (58.4M) had 1.652 sold tickets.
Champions (5.1M) had again on Wednesday 77 sold tickets.
And Overcomer (8.1M) had on Thursday for Friday only 34 sold tickets.

IMO the trailer is quite good and I don't understand the low sales. Maybe it can attract (partly) the audience of Overcomer. If not, it won't reach 5M and that by far.

This movie is DOA. The pace is terrible, and there's no apparent catalyst. Going ~$300k-$400k previews ~$8M weekend. I don't have good comps so that prediction could be way off.

Are You There, God? had today for today 51 sold tickets in 5 theaters.
Comps: DWD had on Wednesday = 1day earlier 589 sold tickets
and Crawdads had on the same day, Thursday for Thursday, 262 sold tickets.

And for tomorrow Are You There, God? had 62 sold tickets in 7 theaters.
Comps: DWD had again 1 day earlier, on Wednesday for Friday, 574 sold tickets
and Crawdads had on Thursday for Friday 262 (indeed the same number) sold tickets.

I read it's doing a little bit better around colleges. But without great walk-ups I don't see how this film can reach double digits.

Well black folk don't really idolize George Foreman that much.

Obviously don't have a great comp, but going by the current number for GOTG3 and making a rough guess as to how much of that was from D1, it's probably around 1/6 of that start, so probably a bit lower than what I've seen in some of the other reports. GOTG3 today was missing data from a few theaters so no data from there. Will go back to GOTG3 until release and then start updating Fast X and this.

Well I overslept and missed the two openers I was tracking...but I don't think I was missing much anyways. Hopefully I can get all three other movies done in a timely manner. Thank goodness I now work the dayside shift.
