Yea we're gonna drop all this non tracking stuff. That expressly means you, @excel1. Next post from you that isn't tracking related is a thread ban.    Anyone else continues, it's points.

A rough 3 days of sales. Could be looking at a sub $30M weekend. All the heavy hitters: Disney Springs AMC, Universal Cinemark look bleak right now. 

 

We are in the final stretch and sales seem to be slowing down even more. Wednesday, after review embargo lifts, I will have a massive update on all Friday showings in Orlando to see how its going. 

 

Comps:

Scream VI had sold 15.1% of seats as of T-4

Creed III had sold 9.1% of seats as of T-4

Guys, I'm really starting to think this might be a bomb for the ages. Like... 20M opening (or less?) bad. 

 

Hopefully reviews/WOM are good enough to salvage something for this film (because as generic as it looks, it'll still probably be better than a good chunk of the CBMs that we're getting nowadays). But when I tell you that both theaters I used to work at have ZERO presales for this...

 

Zero.

Like, there's not even anything to track!!! I can't give any comps because... all the comps would point to ZERO!

We'll see if the reviews do anything for it (or not) when the embargo ends because right now this is feeling even more doomed than Morbius was at the beginning of the week it came out.
