Calling it now. Waltz is a red herring (and/or drunk British actor) and Scott is the real Blofeld. Either that or we're going to have one hell of an obvious reveal.

I thought Scott was playing the Villain...... I read it on some major British papers's website yesterday..... I swear I did and it said Scott was the villain.

Yeah... The Mirror ran an article saying Scott was the villain yesterday.

Generally, you shouldn't believe anything British tabloids say when it comes to film/tv news.

You probably shouldn't believe anything they say period, but I digress.

Ehh.... It's the mirror, so it's at least half-way respectable. 'It's read by people who think they run the country.' :P If you get the refernce ;)

I'd be more concerned if it was like The Sun or real tabloids or the Daily Wail cus Baz has been known to make things up.

But I'm getting off topic for what I wanted to say. I'm sure there are other sources; AW's been talking about Scott serving up Ham as the villain. (Also the official press release says that there's a terrible secret behind SPECTRE, so that's almost telling us that it's like a a HYDRA scenario and it makes sense that Scott's the main villain because he plays an MI6 agent)

I hope Scott isn't villain because it's just playing Moriarty all over again - playing two iconic villains in British lore? not happening.

Anyway the Craig era seems like a really nice allusion to Nolan's TDK trilogy: CR/QoS were "Begins", setting up characters and overarching threat (Quantum), SF was TDK with being more standalone and a signature standalone villain (Joker/Silva), SPECTRE is the TDKR bringing it (Quantum/SPECTRE) all round.

I love Scott playing the villain. He'd be perfect and like Oscar Nomination incoming :P

And I'm glad that they're doing SPECTRE, they can finally reset QoS, which like I personally liked but I know most people see it as a blight on the series.
