Which is annoying. I don't go to midnights too often but I made it out for TDKR, and it seemed like there was no sense of community between those there, as if they were partaking in a common thing, when it should feel like an event. I feel like there was a time when people would talk with others to share in the excitement of the new film come out, but since midnights are such commonplace, it's not really the same anymore. I walked into an 11:15 showing today to see how crowded it would be. Showing was about halfway done and NO ONE WAS IN THE THEATER.
