chasmmi
It's really hard to preedict animated films in Korea. IK mean big Hero 6 just died outside of weekends where frozen killed all comers. People talk of Kingsmen and Interstellar type runs but those films were up against DOA competition. IO could do 5M or 6M heloo even 10M in a crazy world. But with MI5 and Assassination and The Throne in September as compettition, it just can't achieve those kinds of numbers, Sorry, I'd love to claim otherwise but this isn't beating JW let alone attacking Interstellar et al
CelestialFairyIX
Anything above 4 million admissions is beyond a spectacular performance for Inside Out. Already it's performance is mind boggling when compared to other Pixar offerings' performance in South Korea and for it to possibly beat it's OW performance is INSANE! Rsyu
Just to be quite clear, even 2 million admissions would be exceeding most optimistic predictions for Inside out

I just refered to it, that if you have great wom it's possible to devolop great leggs. IO will gain screens this weekend, probably drop back to 600-700 screens next weekend and won't fail at all. I am prety sure 4M is locked, but tbh i have to wait to see it's saturday increase if it's over 150% it tell you it will do 4M. And yeah i know about the competition but as long as the per theather average is good for IO they will take more screens from other movies. Cause IO is counter programing for the other movies. Anything above 4 million admissions is beyond a spectacular performance for Inside Out. Already it's performance is mind boggling when compared to other Pixar offerings' performance in South Korea and for it to possibly beat it's OW performance is INSANE! It will beat it's OW, that is basicly locked at this point.

Rsyu
Do we have any traking saturday? Or any indicaton what the increase will be over friday? I believe Kobis does live minute-by-minute tracking but it's only available to an exclusive group of people, mostly theatre owners and such. We'll have to make do with last week's projections, presales and competition etc.

Rsyu
So what do you predict/espect for IO this weekend and next week in admission? I'm thinking 800-900K admissions for sat-sun. Fairly confident in 2 million admissions happening so good call on that. Next week who knows. If it increases again on the previous normal weekday figure of 100K admissions I'd say we're truly in MLDCTR territory. I imagine a small drop off is more likely though.

I expect it to start higher on monday and it won't increase through out the weekday anymore (If it does this is going to be insane ) Than probably take a hit but if this wekend hits 850k adm it can take a 45-50% for the next 2 weeks and still make 4M admission Tbh I am just hoping for some crazy numbers, I love those increase runs in SK/Japan specialy because they are updated daily. Rsyu
Not quite the 191% we saw last week but still a huge jump over yesterday for Inside Out. The only film in the top 10 with a bigger jump was JW with 250% increase. (JW should pass 5.5 million admissions tomorrow or on monday for those who are interested ) 3 million admissions is locked at the moment for Inside Out with a decent chance for 4. Beyond that I'm not certain at the present moment

Rsyu
With some increases to go, Inside Out should be almost flat from yesterday. It became the most attended pixar film on Saturday and the highest grossing film ahead of TS3 today. Presales going into week 3 are higher than it was at the same point last week which seems to be a good sign (last week was 11,360 tickets with 16.6% share)
