Not feeling it at all. At least it's good to see Clive Owen back.

you missed him on the knick? oughta check that out it was soderbergh at the top of his game (owen's usual err, accent issues notwithstanding.)

4.4M views on YT in a day.  May have been overshadowed by It, but that's still really good.  Positive reactions all around, too.

Feel like literally any genre movie trailer will get a couple mil views on YT in a day

That's called desperation.

Aren't this pretty much always done like that ? It cost good money to get those millions trailer views, specially without a strong IP (or Watson/Dwayne Johnson) that does a lot of the work for you.

If the paid advertising is working and it's trending on YouTube, what's the problem?

well, it means those trailer views mean nothing if the clip is on the front page for a few days. they did the same with The Mummy.

we can't use trailer views to speculate about a movie's BO

Well sure adjusting for the situation is always necessary when talking about trailer views (real youtube view vs facebook views, fanbase type and so on).

But obviously, that does not matter at all (none of this is made has a way to speculate about a movie BO)
