Fanboy
If you look at animation, Brave, HTTYD, Wall-E and Spirited Away are amazing to look at, though I must say Finding Nemo takes the cake.
IndustriousAngel
Tree of Life and Barry Lyndon and The Fountain are stunningly beautiful and share many aesthetics (and technical aspects). Ladyhawke had some of the most beautiful landscape shots even if it looked ridiculous in many other aspects. Jackson's The Lord of the Rings featured many scenes of pure visual bliss; not only has it the sweeping landscape shots; the whole design team and art department outperformed anything ever done before (and I include classic Hollywood there). Most films by Ridley Scott are visually gorgeous, Blade Runner and Legend among them. Koyaanisqatsi was breathtaking - landscapes and cities (thwarting Reggio's intent). The Dark Crystal, though unfinished in some aspects, was spectacular. And let's not forget The Empire Strikes Back featuring many of the best SciFi sets and mattes in film history. Once Upon a Time in the West is the most beautiful Western out there, even if you subtract Claudia Cardinale (which no one in his right mind would do). Among classic animation, Bambi stand out for me as the most beautiful one. And I guess I have forgotten about quite a few ...
