That's a beautiful film, with a stellar cast and a fantastic script. I seriously think Matt Damon has never been better than in this early film, but as far as I remember most everybody gave a captivating performance.

Just saw it for the first time. Wow. Damon/Affleck need to write another movie, and even though I prefer his performance in Dead Poets Society, this was a damn good Robin Williams performance. A+

A classic... piece of stinking of garbage, that's what this is. One of the few movies that got me mad over it.

I could try to describe what I hated so damn much in this, but my brain has already repressed the memories.

I mean I find Good Will Hunting to be a giant chore to get through it's so boring and badly paced but a 0/100? The movie isn't THAT bad.

There are some good things in it, Williams magnificent performance is one of them, but the bad is so fucking awful that it completely annihilates the good. The movie actually gave me headaches after it ended. 

Its problem is basically Matt Damon's character, the painful predictability and cliche-ness of it all, and a disgracefully bad soundtrack.

this is one of these "so bad it's good" sort of deals, right guys?
