Year 5 should be done way before May/July. Year 4 lasted from August to October-that's three months. I think that you don't even how long a year should last is a sign that you're jumping the gun on this. I'm not entirely sure your motivation. Did you see the game and think it would be great if you had a game like that? Because frankly I'm not sure where your confidence that your the person fit for the job comes in when you haven't experienced a year of CAYOM yet.

So let me get this straight. You joined these forums just a few days ago, came across CAYOM, and decided that you knew how to expand the community better than the people who have been running the game for numerous years? You haven't made a film in the current system yet. I suggest playing the game before trying to run your own version.

This game is fun because it's forum users. CAYOM is a game that requires community and a forum is the best way to do that.

Demand should matter. CAYOM is not fun unless there are enough people playing it.

From what I gather, the two won't share an actual continuity. It's better that way: it would complicate shit too much if the movies had to follow the events of the show and vice versa. -
I wasn't aware there was demand enough for a second game. There was once, but that second game went up in flames.

Yes the main character is the Green Arrow. The city and actual universe is different though.

Don't forget Numbers that the Pacific Northwest would have the American drive, which means that with no communications and very little ways to effectively transport anything, they would be able to easily re-establish the lumber industry and then easily establish a ship building industry followed by finding a shipping crew despite the fact that they're running out of food, have very little money since most of it probably disappeared, and are probably having other kinds of shortages because the first thing Americans do when society collapses is re-establish international trade rather than start farming...to eat.

Well if you think that people would immediately be able to rebuild society after it completely and utterly collapses, then I think the problem is definably with you and not the show.

I think the guy made it very clear that ships have been destroyed by wars. Plus we saw in the pilot them building ships-which implies that they were finally beginning the shipping business. This makes sense since when you're busy rebuilding an agricultural society and creating order, shipbuilding isn't going to be high on the priority list until you have enough food growing.

The network might be afraid that online viewing might hurt viewership or the studio is afraid that this will cut down on DVD sales and rerun ratings. There's many reasons but shows on CBS tend not to be online. It's annoying.

It's not going to survive. It'll be lucky if it gets a back-nine order but it definably won't be getting a second season. As far as I know, there is currently no legal way to watch Person of Interest online. Seeing as how it's against the site rules to promote piracy, there is no way anyone can really answer this question for you (unless they know a legal way I'm not aware of).

Huh? As long as they get the pilot done by late April, they can debut in Fall 2013 unless they have Terra Nova-level special effects. If the special effects are more what TV is used to, then it shouldn't have any problems working like any other pilot/show. -
