Kvikk Lunsj
TrollololololololololIt is so true. IM3 has great humor and Avengers has no humor in it.
Founder / Operator Shawn Robbins Posted May 7, 2013 Founder / Operator Share Posted May 7, 2013 (edited) IM3 already skewed older than Avengers, which would indicate better odds of strong weekday holds. But... it's only one day we're talking about here. Edited May 7, 2013 by ShawnMR
Kvikk Lunsj
As a true MARVEL Super fanboy, I'd have to disagree.. The AVENGERS is the definitive superhero movie that WB dreams of giving you and ends up boarding the Fail Boat as a result...The definitive superhero movie is Catwoman Edited May 7, 2013 by Dexter of Suburbia
Kvikk Lunsj
Avengers did not have my type of humor in it.
redfirebird2008
It is so true. IM3 has great humor and Avengers has no humor in it. LOL. TA had the biggest audience laughter (especially Hulk punching Thor and smashing Loki) that I've seen since the pencil trick in TDK.
Lordmandeep
IM3 blows Avengers out of the water.

Jandrew
The AVENGERS was simply a much cooler movie to skip school over to see than IM3 appears to be.. I don't think people were that die hard...
Noctis
Selina Kyle was the superhero of 2012. She was the best.
Robertron
It dropped right on par with Iron Man 1, so I'm not concerned at all.I will be concerned, however, if it starts to go all Twilighty on us and drop like a mofo each weekend.

Kvikk Lunsj
Moreso than they are for IM3 which seems to be more adult oriented than the other 2 IM movies...Adults have better taste then kids
sdeezy
It will be even worse when MoS releases, as the comparison points will be TDKR and IM3 opening weekends which may make any opening less than 140M feel like a disappointment. Moderation is unknown around these parts tell me about it. If MOS opens to say 97 mill which would still be damn good..ppl will riot which should not be the case. And don't get me started on a possible 'horrid' RT score in the 70's. Edited May 7, 2013 by sdeezy
Lordmandeep
Selina Kyle was the superhero of 2012. She was the best. She was the best in TDKR.. Hulk won the year for entertaining audiences by a landslide...
Jandrew
TA was a true comedy in the theater, but I popped it in the blu-ray last night and its no where near as funny watching by yourself. My stomach was hurting after the Hulk/Loki scene in the theater, but at home I could only give chuckles without it becoming forced. Still the perfect movie for crystal clear HD on a 42''.
