JohnnyGossamer
Seems Iron Man 3 will easily coast to $400M+. Excellent hold for such an enormous OW. Gatsby's OW's impressive as hell. I wonder how it holds in the coming weeks?

Gopher
Very conservative IM3 estimate. If it holds like IM2 did over Mother's Day the weekend will be 73.7m. If it holds like Avengers over Mother's Day it'll do a 75m weekend. If it holds like IM1, it'll do 74.3m. My projection is that it drops -31% today for a 22.17m Sunday and a 74.1m weekend. Dark Shadows dropped -15.6% on Mother's Day last year so a -20% projection for Gatsby seems reasonable. I think the best news for Gatsby so far is that it increased 9.7% on Saturday from without previews, so immediate WOM at the very least isn't bad.
iceroll
Wow this is really cool, the 1974 version of The Great Gatsby but in the style of this year's Great Gatsby trailer:

It won`t be stellar because it`s divisive movie but it won`t be toxic, far from it. Edited May 12, 2013 by fishnets
fishstick
Wow this is really cool, the 1974 version of The Great Gatsby but in the style of this year's Great Gatsby trailer: Those actors were so wrong. This version may not be the ultimate but actors were perfect and Leo is Gatsby period.
