Shang Chi - ₹33.5cr ($4.5M)
No Time To Die - ₹31.3cr ($4.2M) 
Venom 2 - ₹29cr ($3.9M)
F9 - ₹20.2cr ($2.7M)
Jungle Cruise - ₹6cr ($0.8M)

 

NTTD will most likely add another ₹1cr while Venom 2 may add ₹2cr before Eternals and other Diwali releases take the screens. Eternals will try ₹40cr+.

Watched in 0.25x speed. Earlier I thought it was underwhelming but there's a lot happening in it. Waiting for trailer.

Poor opening for Annaatthe outside Tamil Nadu. Will be sharing numbers in some hours.

 

Sooryavanshi had conflict on show sharing and share terms with National chains. That was resolved last night at 10PM. Usually national chains give 50-52.5% for first week, SV will be getting 55% for first week.

 

Advance in these chains wasn't open till 11PM, so advance was low, with non-national chains getting ₹5cr pre-sales. Should open ~₹30-35cr gross.

Eternals has may be around ~3-3.5k shows, all will be very high occupancy. ₹6cr opening day most likely.

Didn't Bahubali 2 open > 100 crores. This is quite low. I guess Bollywood movies dont do well as some regionals.

Baahubali 2 was PAN India film, catering to full India. Bollywood market is just 40% of India.

Actually that's quite good. 80%+ is very good but generally MCU get 90%.

If it stays its ok but usually should drop a few points after OD right? FFH started at 94, went down to high 80s.

I don't usually follow them but I think they stuck around as targeted audience is fans only.
