I could deal with "the same as Night in the Museum", fan of both Stiller and Black. But the "just more stupid" part would stretch it for me.

Trailer looks good. Ton of monsters, looks like it could be potentially a blast 

 

And Thank God they're releasing this in October instead of some off the wall month like February of April. You make a movie like this, you release it in October.

I think my main problem with it is that I was not expecting at all this kind of film.

 

The CGI looks incredibly well rendered for a trailer. This even look better than the plasticky CGI they use in Jurassic World

Not really.

 

Granted, the Jurassic CGI is the worst we've seen in decades, but this here still doesn't strike me as much better.
