I guess the "big friday increase and hard drop on saturday" theory failed big time

Friday was Halloween so this weekend was off.

So apparently WOM was so bad on Ouija that it dropped a massive 40%.

See above But no that's a good hold regardless, but Halloween played a big part I think.

That's definitely not a great result in theaters... but I don't know how to put VOD #'s into context. Is 1M good?

It came out in the beginning of October. It never cracked the top 20. I can't find good comparison numbers but with all the promotion money spent and being a Halloween weekend, that BO is weak.

According to BOM estimates, Maze Runner had a 2.270 weekend, which is only a 3.5% drop!!!!
