Plain Old Tele
Just to get ahead of ourselves: BOFTA will have a way better jump than any of ROTK tomorrow... and a way worse drop on Wednesday. (It might be close to FOTR on both).

Mattrek
actually I just found out that that Hobbit number is a better Monday drop than both Two Towers and ROTK so I guess it is not too bad after all Hell just froze over.
Aplandg
Its drop was bigger at 66% vs CF's 63%. MJ has tended to have worse holds on Mondays than CF and consistently better Fridays.

kitik
70% seems like a small % drop for stuff like BH6 and Penguins, so its safe to assume that a number of schools were still out of session

terrestrial
Here Tuesday is a public holiday (Holy 3 Kings, always at 6 January), so school starts this year at Wednesday.
IndustriousAngel
Let's not stop here. Thursday will be about $1.5m, Friday $2.8m, Saturday $5m and Sunday $3.1m. That's the reason why the Hobbit threads generate few posts ... it's just such a predictable franchise, the surprises playing in the +/- 5% league. paul75
So what will be the final numbers for Unbroken and Into the Woods ? Edited January 6, 2015 by paul75
grim22
So what will be the final numbers for Unbroken and Into the Woods ? After OW, Unbroken has followed the dailies of Benjamin Button with little variance, so around 135-140M finish for Unbroken. Around 140-145M for ITM if it follows Les Miserables.
