I'm thinking the weekend will be around AUD5m which will give AUD6.5m at most by Sunday.

 

The first one performed much better in Australia relative to Domestic.  At this stage I'm thinking I'll give the first one an adjusted 3 day of USD88m so a drop of 50-60% puts it at USD35.2-44m.  

 

Let's call and OW of $39.7m.

Smartly budgeted movies are. For example, Arrival would have been toast if it'd had an unreasonable price-tag. But with 47M budget, it can afford to limp to 200M WW because it's already very profitable. 50 Shades Darker has 55M budget according to BOM (but that may be the budget for Darker + Freed, I think, so even better) and it's going to blow past Arrival, for example. So pure profit again.

Really cheesy, laughable dialogue at times.

 

It misses the director of the first film. 

 

Dakota is so likeable, Dornan is hot but that's about it for him.

Breaking Dawn takes the cake when it comes to an awfully written story but I'm hearing this maybe even worse. That's an achievement with ANOTHER movie on the way after.
