In a way it is in the US also a phenomenon.

Look at the February OW record, R-Rated movies results in general, the movies theme in general even gotten green-lit and the budget in relation to the BO (dom & int.)

 

Will not watch it myself, I prefer real ... lets say porn and / or stories based on reality, if it is about sex.
