What they should do is start the TV spots off with the "Maybe we should call the Avengers" line and then show off clips from Ultron, Iron Man, IM3, Winter Soldier, etc to make it look like all the Avengers are in it.

The only one

they shouldn't show is

Falcon

If it's not outright low it's still gotta be the floor for a Marvel summer release. As others have theorized, there's a general sense they were kind of over this film before it even came out.

The projected Sunday drop is pretty generous as well. Actuals will most likely be 57M.

If actuals go up for JW (or even if it stays the same), then TA is toast next week. JW will then take 3rd place on highest grossing film of all time both domestically and worldwide.

Yeah, it passed FF7 and TA isn't far ahead. Should get there easily by next weekend.

It's awesome that it passed milestones in all three dom, OS and WW during the same weekend. I hope Universal gets some headlines out of that.

Assuming it holds at $611.17m through Sunday, I think it will get there by next Sunday. $5.45m weekdays (-40% from previous weekdays) and $6.84m weekend (-40% from this weekend) will do the trick by $100,000.

Sorry BKB. It's a done deal.

Milestones after milestones each week! But then again, next week will the last weekend it'll be achieving milestones until it beats Titanic(if that is happening) and when it debuts in Japan, and if it manages to snag enough for it to reach $1b internationally.

We'll probably get another Terminator reboot in 5-10 years. Brand recognition trumps everything, even the box office office of the most recent movie.

Maybe he will pop up in a Marvel film and get redemption
