Let's hope it's the visual side and not the storytelling side

Or maybe Jim is going senile

If you mean the bit about Snyder and Rodriguez, he did say 'when they first came onto the scene' to be fair.

One question : What if Avatar 2 made Rogue One numbers ? Seriously, what if ?

That would have meant that JC was hit by dementia and it would be very sad.

No, seriously, I don't see A2 going under 1.5B

How do MCU fans feel about the MCU's best villain becoming its most generic villain in the space of a single movie?

I wonder if Jim thinks any of the cape trash took innovative steps?

When did cinema lose it's soul?

It's time to bring it back, 2020.

When Jim decided to make like a billion sequels on his most mundane movie.

Come on LE, you know it had to be mundane for the world building. You and I both know these are JC sequels, he'll knock it out the park.

I work in retail.  Today was my 7th straight day.  Mind and body are dead.  Feet are killing me.  But I love my job.

Saw a man wearing a Batman shirt today.  Asked if he’s seen Endgame yet.  He said he doesn’t care about Marvel.  I knew DC fans only were out there.  First time I have talked to one.

lol. I'm a monster Batman fan myself (however I do dig Marvel as well). A BCU (A Batman cinematic universe featuring The "Bat Family" and subsequent DC characters) in terms of quality could easily become huge if it had the right architect and captain steering the ship.

I'm just picking on IJ, he's not been himself lately.

Pretty pretty good.

Intelligent people understands things perfectly fine the first time and they don't need repetition of the same arguments twice like in most blockbusters.

That is called trusting the intelligence of your audience.

i dunno dudes. Thanos was pretty generic in the first one.

I figured there'd be more to the Gamora thing, but as it stands, Loki, Zemo, "I AM THE MANDARI..." & Killmonger are better villains.

Thanos is their second-top villain behind Loki who's a great baddie.

All the other villains are bad tho.

And, come to think of it, Quaritch in "Avatar" was pretty damn generic..standard issue evil military type. Whan made him memorable was Stephan Lang, who took a pretty generic role and made something really good out of it.
