i have a list here of ~30 movies to see, but i would have to do that in less than one month, i wonder if it's worth the effort

How have you only seen 4 films?! I've already watched 4 movies at the cinema in 2016  you need to watch more films!

Going to try and catch before the deadline:

Room

Carol

Bridge Of Spies

The Hateful Eight

The Revenant

Creed

Spotlight

Trainwreck

 

These are the ones that either haven't been released yet or wanted to see them and missed them!

 

Anyway at the moment I think Brooklyn, Joy & Star Wars 7 are definitely my 3 favourites

Sent my top 25 in. Surprised myself in The Revenant making my top 20. But despite the fact that I think it lacks a heart and soul, I guess I am just too much of a sucker for top notch production values.

Shame we're only getting Brooklyn and Room here after the deadline. I'm excited for both movies and feel they could be on my list. The Revenant will premiere here on Feb 4th, not sure if I can watch it on opening day also.
