It looks like DC Comics actually has the rights at this point for comic books and they have done a few crossover things, but nothing major.

Doesn't surprise me. I know, over a year ago, they published a crossover comic featuring Batman 66 and The Green Hornet from the 60's show.

Winter Soldier did 36.9M on Friday off 10.2M previews; if Deadpool matches that or only does 35M that's a sign of frontloadedness.

Or, you know, that this is a rated R film, so it has a much limited audience.

I don't think you can say a flat Sunday is a "worst case scenario".

Sunday is Valentine's day, if it wasn't it would be dropping more than 10% on Sunday. It's probably staying flat.

I can't do a top ten SH movie ranking....too difficult....but here are 11 films that I love in the SH genre:

TDK

The Avengers

Superman

Superman 2

Spider-man

Spider-man 2

Captain America 2

Deadpool

Batman Begins

Deadpool

The Watchmen

Ones I hate are:

AOU

Batman Returns

Thor

Thor 2

Batman and Robin

Amazing Spider-man

This list reminds me, have you seen the review of Super Man 3 that tries to argue that its actually a great movie? Its amusing and the guys writing it come up with a few decent points.  I'll find the link for it.
