Because I like to get a jump on Scott Mendelson's mathematical blathering, let's just get it out of the way here: Divergent's $4.9M Thursday represented 8.9% of the weekend total; Insurgent's $4.1M Thursday was 7.8% of its weekend total. If Allegiant skews closer to Divergent's multiplier, we're looking at $26 million FSS. If it's closer to Insurgent, then the weekend will be closer to $30 million.

This is not opening above $30m, the same previews multiple of Insurgent would bring $29m, since this is going to be a bit more front loaded than this one, I'm going with $28m for now, exactly what I predicted
