That's a fine preview number, should open within the 180-200m range which is great for this movie.  People have just gotten their expectations out of check, as usual.

AOU's multiplier would give it a $173.25m OW but better holds are to be expected so in the end it should open right around AOU's numbers I think.

AOU did 6.93x the previews.

6.9-7.5x gives CW 172.5-187.5m.

180m right in the middle.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I expected. Not disappointing, not excellent, about... normal. Expected, really.

 

Good number all things considered, though. Will wind up beating Ultron as it'll be much less backloaded. Still sticking w/193 to keep my expectations on point (which is what a lot of people are not doing), but at this point, it seems breaking 200M will be very likely.

25m is pretty great. Marvel films generally don't have huge previews, and this should be less front loaded than AoU
