Predicting that this weekend is going to have a lot of BKB V Cochofles: Comic Book Wars stuff in it.

As long as Marvel and DC are making movies, there will be no end. A lot of baiting already.

But it can go anyway at this point! Guess we'll find out in a few hours.

since i'm being super cool and edgy goodfellas isn't top 5 scorsese. but surely no one can deny the idea that this guy has more than 5 movies worthy of being called his best.

Now THAT'S a take.

well it's a fantastic film i wouldn't rush to shit on it like i would for fight club. tbf it's just outside like 6 or 7 and outta 23 movies not bad.

Zodiac and The Social Network are Fincher's best for me.

Then Fight Club, Seven and Panic Room. I enjoyed The Game too.

The rest are ok.

Still haven't seen The Game.

The only genuinely bad Fincher movies are The Game and Benjamin Button. The latter especially, it's the most boring thing I've seen.

It's decent, but decent is disappointing for Fincher. It was obvious then he's not cut out for that kind of movie.

Tied up atm quick stop by couple hrs ago had it in 74-77 range which similar to others, if presales aren't that huge there could be upside ,want it to be preforming a the very least like AOU,  ie not like BvS (the # would come down). Fantastic number no matter where it winds up.

i would say taxi driver works best for me BUUUT Age of Innocence is a very close runner up. not an especially hot take since THE MAN HIMSELF considers it one of his best. also ddl's best performance a rare reserved turn. total proof that scorsese can nail that passion/romance shit that i wish he'd covered more often, or maybe the fact that he didn't is what makes it so special. Also elmer bernstein's score = GOAT. both top 20 films.
