I wonder how much farting is going to be in the movie.

Also, why not just make a Dracula movie?

Who is "Dracula"?  "Nosferatu" is more authentically monstrous in how it reflects the original Bram Stoker novel than many of the "oh-so-handsome" versions of Dracula in the century that follows, all the way up to "Hotel Transylvania"...which continues to riff on Bela Lugosi.  They're all interpretations of "Dracula."

The Bram Stoker estate actually sued the makers of the original Nosferatu for plagarism  in the 1920's and won.The film was taken off the market for a number of years.

Of course, the Stoker novel and the Count have been in the public domain for a long time so that is not an issue here,

I honestly think the reason they are doing Nosfaratu is because Dracula proper has been done to death and don;t want the Lugosi image baggage for their vampire.

Actually, now that I think about it, didn’t the 1979 remake call the character Dracula anyway? I suppose they can simply do the same for this movie. No point in calling him Count Orlok.

Dracula has been in the public domain since the early 1950's. Calling him Count Orlok was a dramatic decisions probably because they did not want the classic Dracula image baggage.
