Looking at March 2016, there are 2 movies, Kong might be compareable with: Divergent 3 and Cloverfield. Both slightly frontloaded as parts of a brand.

If Kong would fall in that range, the movie would open to $46m-$51m.
I guess that's a good target.

It was the last test screening they had. The only other general audience screenings are on March 22nd which is a day before release. Don't know about the embargo yet, but I think the 21st or 22nd would be a good bet.
