will smith's been in a weird place this whole decade he's spent it doing roles nobody really wants to see him do. he should ask the rock if he can borrow some of his roles. not great stuff but stuff where it seems like he's having have fun at least.

I'd rather see him go back to doing more serious fare like Ali or The Pursuit of Happyness or even I Am Legend (half of that movie is a great Cast Away-esque drama). He's a good actor who's lazy with his choices.

i'm pretty sure concussion/collateral beauty were the attempts at that. i just want him to be fun again even in the blockbusters he's playing dour so much recently. Bad boys 3 would honestly be the best move right now imo.

How many comics have a career into their 50s? Jim Carrey is over. So is Adam Sandler. Unless they try somethng different. Smith should go the Denzel route

Sandler's not exactly over. His Netflix comedies supposedly do big numbers for them and he's doing films with Baumbach now.
