Though keeping the budget in mind, it's not doing bad. Not sure how it's performing OS.

If it's at ~33 this weekend after a weekend of 7 (-62%), won't fall below 48-52 dom.

I think this was the main problem. No clear hook. Plus hype peaked way too early.

 

However, if the film drops under 55%, I don't think that's so bad. Should make 50M+ still, which isn't bad considering the budget.

Is Jolie still? She certainly was but I didn't realize that she still was... Anyway, it's not like John Wick sold huge either. The audience for this kind of genre flick just isn't that large. It would have to transcend the genre to reach out to a larger audience.

Of course she's still huge. Maleficent was a hit.    Anyway Salt sold exclusively on AJ's name and it was a major hit. Guess you're right...AB didn't reach the general audience, just hardcore action fans
