baumer
So I think it is following pretty closely with what Deadpool did. A huge first weekend, a terrific will the second weekend big declines on Monday not so big increases on Tuesday and relatively small decreases on Wednesday. I would imagine the film should fall less than 50% this weekend.
Mojoguy
I would imagine the film should fall less than 50% this weekend. IT will actually have some competition for the first time this weekend with Kingsman and Lego Ninjago.
a2k
Solid Wed. -25%. After a lower 2nd Monday than DP, on Tuesday it went ahead of DP on weekdays for the first time but I attributed that to discount Tue getting more prominent every year. So was expecting Wednesday to drop below Deadpool again with a 32-33% drop but it has stayed ahead 4.0 vs 3.8 DP showed a 1.5% bump on Thu and competition from previews was weak - Gods of Egypt and Triple 9. IT faces previews from Kingsman2 (Ninjago is a very different demo) so Thursday might show a small drop. baumer
Saw IT for the 4th time tonight. Theatre was about 40% full. Looked in on Kingsman, and it was about half full. Kind of surprising. Thought Kingsman would be busier.

a2k
Can't see POTC on theater count list on Mojo so looks like it's ending it's run on Thursday. Till Wed it's, Domestic: $172,553,070 21.7% + Foreign: $621,509,941 78.3% = Worldwide: $794,063,011 Approx OS breakdown is 172 China + 59.5 Japan + 390 OS-China-Japan = 621.5 Edited September 22, 2017 by a2knet

I think it would have to do close to 2.25m previews for 35 weekend. Kingsman1 was 1.4 previews => 36.2 ow. That's ~26x. Factoring in sequelitis, using 15x, 3m previews give 45 ow. Dunno. The budget was a lot less silly for the latest one. Definitely think they've got at least one more in the tank.
