Update on the MCU rewatch. Avengers is still great, Iron Man 3 is a little better than I remembered. I'm 15 minutes into Thor: The Dark World and I want to shut it off.

anyone have any recommendations for hair clippers?  I'm basically going with just the bald look now so just need something that cuts close, doesn't have to be razor blade close, just something that does the job enough

 

most just seem to be for actually trimming hair and not buzzing the whole scalp

new rule changed for college football kickoffs.  No more trying to pin them inside the 25 by kicking it short.  May as well get rid of the kickoffs now

According to Greg Johnson of NCAA.com, the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel has approved a new rule that will allow players to call for a fair catch anywhere inside the 25-yard line on kickoffs and have it result in a touchback, with the football being placed at the 25-yard line.

Feeling like the one of the biggest weights of my life has been taken off my shoulders. My life had been consumed by the GRE test. I studied for months and took it back in February just to get a below average score. I was crushed, and took my sour attitude out on everybody else, wasn't fair to them. Got back to studying and did a practice test...got the same score.

 

Was ready to call it quits then, but decided to just change my attitude and realize that one test is not my end all be all. Started a much more casual approach and stopped giving my life to it. Drove 90 minutes and retook it again yesterday and ended up increasing my score +13 points, which I saw many people say was impossible, espeically in such a short amount of time. Looking at the averages of my target schools, my score went from well below average, to above the average.

 

You don't understand how much of a weight has been lifted and how proud I am of myself. I seriously want to just book a Jetblue to Cancun and go wild, I gave too much of my life to this test and need to get some back. Glad for it to be over and now I can get these apps in this weekend and be done with it all. Moral of the story, just have a positive attitude.

I know but he seems to think otherwise lol Granted I don't know why they waited so long to release him but they gave him three years to get it right and he hasn't.

So Universal has a kid's channel...and it plays Mr. Peabody and Sherman - the show, that's usually just on Netflix.

 

I love how the captions are peppered with [INDISTINCT] in this random characters' speech.

 

The rest of the stuff on this channel, I have zero idea what it is.

Anyone else always feel tired when they are in a large social setting with loud noises going on for an extended period of time? I’m in one right now and I’m just mentally spent right now.

It honestly gives me a headache sometimes. I’m finding more and more that I just can’t tolerate doing night events if I’ve been up 12+ hours.
